Terms of Service

A Referral Service, Not a Plumbing Company

Palmyra Drain Cleaning Co. is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent local plumbing professionals; we do not perform drain cleaning work ourselves. All work is performed by independent contractors, who are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and outcome of their work.

We may be compensated by the independent professionals for connecting calls. This does not change what you pay the pro: pricing is explained to you directly, upfront, before any work begins. See our referral disclosure for the plain-language version.

No Guarantee of Availability

We connect calls around the clock, but we do not guarantee that a local pro will be available at any given moment, that service will be same-day, or that any particular problem can be fixed on the first visit. Availability depends on the independent contractors in the Palmyra area and their current schedules.

Information on This Site Is General

The content on this site is general information about drain cleaning, not professional advice for your specific home. Every home and every drain is different. Nothing here replaces the judgment of the technician who sees your drains in person. If you are unsure whether a situation is urgent, call (717) 750-0461 and describe it.

Call Recording Consent

Calls to (717) 750-0461 may be recorded and tracked for quality, routing, and dispatch. Pennsylvania is a two-party consent state. By continuing the call, you consent to the recording. Full details are in our privacy policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this site or phone line, including making harassing or fraudulent calls, or attempting to disrupt the service. We may refuse or discontinue service to anyone who does.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Palmyra Drain Cleaning Co. is not liable for the work performed by independent contractors, for delays in availability, or for any damages arising from your use of this site or the referral service. Your agreement for any drain work is with the independent contractor who performs it.
